Office managers to ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and
Responsibilities include:
- Organising meetings including organising company events or conferences and booking transport and accommodation as needed
- managing databases and using a range of software packages to record and store information
- preparing letters, presentations and reports Including dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff including delegating tasks to junior employees
- managing office budgets
- attending meetings with senior management and liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems including ordering stationery and furniture
- assisting the organisation’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date including arranging interviews, organising induction programmes for new employees and ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
